What DJ equipment do you use?
We live by a strict "buy once, cry once" philosophy, meaning we invest in tour-grade, industry-standard equipment from the start to ensure your day is flawless. By using premium gear like Pioneer, Shure, and QSC, and premium sound systems, we guarantee rock-solid reliability and professional audio. We’ve already done the "crying" at the checkout counter so that the only tears on your wedding day are during the vows.
Travel events are coordinated with local sound companies to source specific pieces of gear. We handle all equipment coordination and rentals. Rental equipment is included in the flat-rate fee.
Will the DJ take requests?
Absolutely! We utilize a live online request system that allows your guests to submit their favorite tracks directly to us throughout the night. To ensure the music stays true to your vision, we also work with you beforehand to build custom "Play" and "Do Not Play" lists, keeping the vibe exactly where you want it.
What are your payment terms?
All we need from you to get started is a deposit. That deposit holds your date and is taken out of the final balance. Then the remaining balance is due two weeks before the event date. We try to make all of the payments as simple as possible. So you’re free to use debit, credit, Venmo or PayPal to make all of your payments. Click here to contact us for more information on pricing.

Are you fully insured?
- Yes. We carry comprehensive multi-million-dollar commercial liability insurance. If your venue requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for vendor clearance, my team will provide it directly to your coordinator well ahead of event day.
How do we secure our date?
- Dates are strictly first-come, first-served. A signed digital contract and a retainer fee are required to officially lock in your date on ourr calendar. The remaining balance is due prior to the event date.
What happens if the event runs late? Can we extend the time?
- If the venue allows it and the crowd wants to keep moving, absolutely. Overtime options and hourly rates are clearly outlined in our initial contract so we can seamlessly extend the night on the fly without breaking stride.
Do you coordinate with our event planner or stage manager?
- Absolutely. Prior to the event, we collaborate directly with your planning team, venue coordinator, and videographer to review the timeline, map out signal routing for video feeds, and ensure seamless technical execution. You won't have to play middleman.
